IMPORTANT - Keep ALL RECORDS for each activity such as:
1) Order forms for items ordered
2) Receipts written to students when money is collected
(White copy to student, Yellow copy attach to pay-in,
Keep Pink copy in receipt book)
3) Any other records that document the fundraisers transactions
All fund raising records must be submitted to the Principal after the fundraiser is finalized.
